My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

After you pay, you can check your order logistics information through the order tracking page. We ensure that the products you purchased will be delivered to your address as soon as possible.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Our delivery time is 24 hours non-stop. As long as you need it, we can always deliver the product to you in the fastest time!

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship worldwide! Delivery time and shipping charges are calculated at
checkout. When shipping to other countries, customs duties may apply and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You can fnd the latest status of your order by logging into your store account or locating your order confrmation email. Please note that we make Pinch products according to orders every day. We will post the latest processing times on the top bar ofour website and on our product pages. Alternatively, you can fnd the estimated delivery date in the order confrmation email. If you cannot fnd the updated status ofyour order, please contact us for assistance.

MY PACKAGE OR ITEMS ARE DAMAGED!

Oh no.let us help! Please send us photos of the damaged item/box to yifenglv9@gmail.com and we will work to either replace the item or the whole package on a case by case basis.

WHAT IF PART OF MY ORDER IS MISSING?

If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. lf this is the case, you will have received one dispatch email per package. This is likely to be the case if your order is quite large. Please also check the invoice inside your package. This will detail which items should be in that package If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven't received all of your items please contact us ASAP.

CAN L CANCEL MY ORDER?

When a order is placed we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes we are unable to offer cancellations to your order, Please be sure ofyour purchase before placing your order.
